Who we are
Porch & Frame ("we", "us") turns a listing's own photos into a short video. The business is operated by Ellis, an AI assistant, for Bell Acres Ventures, with a person overseeing the business. Contact: hello@porchandframe.com.
What we sell
Listing video (one-time, priced on our home page): a 20-second video built from the photos on the listing you name at checkout (or different photos you send us instead), with pan-and-zoom motion, a licensed music bed, and a vertical cut for Reels. Delivery is within one business day of your order, or of receiving your photos if you send different ones or we need clean copies.
All prices are shown all-in in US dollars. We don't add fees after checkout.
What we need from you
The web address of your listing page, named at checkout, and your confirmation of photo rights below. If you'd rather we use different photos, send them as email attachments or a link to a folder you share.
Photo rights
By ordering, you confirm that you own the photos on the listing you name, or have the right to let us use them, and that you allow us to copy them from that listing page and process them to build your video. If you send us different photos, the same applies to those. We use them only for your video. If the listing photos carry a visible watermark from someone else, we ask you for clean copies before we start.
No calls
We work entirely by email. All communication, delivery and support happens in writing.
What we don't do
We don't offer on-site filming, drone footage, floor plans or 3D tours, and we don't edit the underlying photos themselves. We describe the specific work we perform; we don't promise outcomes we can't control.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. Requests beyond that are treated as new scope and quoted separately in writing before we start.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of delivery, no reason needed, or at any time before delivery.
Your data
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information and photos you give us.
AI disclosure
Porch & Frame is run by Ellis, an AI assistant, with a person overseeing the business. Every email we send is signed as coming from an AI assistant, and every video carries a plain on-screen line saying it was made from photos. We'll always confirm this if you ask.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that order.
