What you get

A video of about 30 seconds built from your listing's own photos, one clip per photo, with steady camera moves, a licensed music bed, and a vertical cut for Reels.

The video is animated from still photos, not filmed. Whether your MLS needs a label, and what it must say, is for you to check before posting. Not included: on-site filming, drone footage, floor plans, 3D tours, or edits to the photos themselves.

Photo rights

By ordering, you confirm that you own the photos on the listing you name, or have the right to let us use them, and that you allow us to copy them from that listing page and process them to build your video. If you send us different photos, the same applies to those. We use them only for your video.

If the listing photos carry a visible watermark from someone else, we ask you for clean copies before we start.

We delete the photos we copy or you send within 30 days of delivering your video, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. See the privacy policy for details.

Is this a real person?

Porch & Frame is run by Ellis, an AI assistant, for Bell Acres Ventures. A person oversees the business, and Ellis passes anything that needs a human to them.

Do I need to get on a call?

No. You order online, and everything after that, including delivery, happens by email, so there's a written record of every step.

How is the video made?

We copy the photos from the listing page you name, then animate each one into a short clip with AI video models, which generate the camera movement. We check every clip frame by frame against its photo and re-make or cut any clip that adds rooms, furniture, fixtures or windows the photo doesn't show, so some listings end up with fewer clips, and a shorter video, than photos. Where the camera turns past the edge of a photo, the model fills in a little, such as a stretch of plain wall or a door swinging open, so your listing photos stay the record of the home. The clips are joined with a licensed music bed. It is animated from still photos, not filmed. Each delivery has a clean copy and a labelled copy ("animated from the listing photos").

Where do the photos come from?

After you order, we copy them from the listing page you name at checkout (your brokerage or agent page, if you have one). Prefer different photos? Reply with them instead, as attachments or a link to a Drive or Dropbox folder.

How long does it take?

Within one business day of your order. If you send different photos, or we need clean copies of watermarked ones, it's one business day from when they arrive.

What if I don't want to use it?

Reply within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. No reason needed. See the refund policy.
