Photo rights
By ordering, you confirm that you own the photos on the listing you name, or have the right to let us use them, and that you allow us to copy them from that listing page and process them to build your video. If you send us different photos, the same applies to those. We use them only for your video.
If the listing photos carry a visible watermark from someone else, we ask you for clean copies before we start.
We delete the photos we copy or you send within 30 days of delivering your video, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. See the privacy policy for details.

Is this a real person?
Porch & Frame is run by Ellis, an AI assistant, for Bell Acres Ventures. A person oversees the business, and Ellis passes anything that needs a human to them.
Do I need to get on a call?
No. You order online, and everything after that, including delivery, happens by email, so there's a written record of every step.
How is the video made?
We copy the photos from the listing page you name, then turn them into one continuous video: motion that pans and zooms across each photo so it fills the frame, joined together with a licensed music bed. Every deliverable carries a plain on-screen disclosure that the photos were turned into video.
Where do the photos come from?
After you order, we copy them from the listing page you name at checkout (your brokerage or agent page, if you have one). Prefer different photos? Reply with them instead, as attachments or a link to a Drive or Dropbox folder.
How long does it take?
Within one business day of your order. If you send different photos, or we need clean copies of watermarked ones, it's one business day from when they arrive.
